What's most important is that you find a home builder who you trust and who communicates with you every step of the way - because it's kind of like a marriage - you are in it together!

I live in Stoneybrook in a very nice home on the golf course, col-de-sac with a pool and barrel tile roof...I've lived here for nearly 20 years but ready to make a change to a community that has 40 miles of outdoor trails...We built our house and not sure how the process is today...many changes..first I need to find a buyer for my current home and go from there.
